Processing
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-3 business days to be fully processed depending on the size of the order.

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
If you do not receive your Order Confirmation please contact us.

We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery
Your entire order must be shipped to a single address.
If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.
Constance K Aromatherapy is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
The customer must provide the correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery.
Once your package is accepted by USPS Constance K is no longer responsible for the package!
