Embark on a journey and join us for an enriching workshop where you can craft personalized candles and aromatherapy roll-ons. The workshop typically lasts 90 minutes, but the duration may vary depending on the size of the class. *THIS WORKSHOP IS ONLY FOR ADULTS +18* OUR WORKSHOP INCLUDES: Candle: • Expert guidance and techniques to create the perfect custom candle • Wax and scent infusion using high-quality coconut and apricot wax • Phthalate and paraben-free, non-toxic, candles made from clean-burning, eco-friendly ingredients • Choice of vessel • A lesson on proper candle care to best enjoy your candle • Option to choose from 12 crystal intentions to transform your candle into an intention candle Roll-on: • Create your own custom aromatherapy roll-on • High-quality organic ingredients including organic argan oil, jojoba oil, calendula-infused oil, and vitamin E • Option to choose from 12 crystal intentions to transform your roll-on into an intention roll-on 12 Intentions to choose from: Confidence, Communication, Healing, Love, Motivation & Creativity, New Beginnings, Protection, Prosperity, Remembrance-Hope-Comfort, Self-Love, Serenity, Stress Relief PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS. GUESTS WHO ARRIVE LATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE.

Cancellation Policy

Payment and Refunds • No Refunds: All payments for private classes are non-refundable under any circumstances. • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 1 week's advance notice. Class Duration and Additional Time • The private class is scheduled for 1.5 hours, we give free additional 30 minutes allocated for extra activities. • Overage Policy: Any time beyond the allotted duration will incur a charge of $75 per hour, regardless of whether the additional time is a full hour or only a portion of an hour. If additional time is needed please let us know beforehand this way arrangements can be made prior to the event. Food, Decorations, and Cleanup • Clients are responsible for cleaning up all food, decorations, and any items they bring into the premises. • A $150 cleanup fee will be charged if the space is not left in its original condition. Liability • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property brought to the event. All personal items must be removed by the end of the session. • Any damage caused to the premises, equipment, or materials by the client or their guests will result in additional charges for repair or replacement. Event Start and End Times • All events must begin and end at the scheduled times. Please ensure that your group arrives on time to maximize your experience. Additional charges for overages will apply if the class exceeds the agreed-upon schedule. • Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not extend the class time. The session will end at the originally scheduled time, and no refunds will be issued for lost time due to late arrivals. Force Majeure • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power outages, or other emergencies. In such cases, clients can choose a new date and time to reschedule. Alcohol and Behavior • If wine is brought onto the premises , clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with policies may result in early termination of the event without a refund. By booking a private class, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
